Blood Moon – 28 September, 2015

In Hermanus in the Western Cape of South Africa the moon  turned blood red at 4am on the 28th September.

I was outside with my camera ready to watch and record. The big question whether the clouds would be kind and dissipate so that I could see the moon. They did! Just for a while, but sufficiently to allow me to see the redness creep across the moon.

And then the clouds returned and the moon disappeared.
